If I could give negative stars, I certainly would. I ordered a specific cake three weeks in advance for my wife's birthday on Christmas Day. I transferred the payment weeks ago and was assured it would arrive on the 24th. I tried to reach out to the company multiple times throughout the day to confirm the delivery time, only to be told they would call back in 30 minutes, which never happened. Eventually, I managed to speak with a man and woman who had very limited English skills, and I was informed that the delivery driver was sick, and the cake would only arrive on the 29th! This is clearly false, as the same driver delivered another package to us earlier that day. This company has been a major disappointment, and I strongly advise avoiding them if you expect timely delivery. Absolutely terrible service, very unprofessional! If you seek reliability, steer clear of this company!
