I placed my order through the online service. After a few days, I was contacted to confirm details. A few days before delivery, I reached out to ensure it was on track, but after two days of ignored calls, they called me on the delivery morning asking for cake details as if I was ordering for the first time and requested an additional £20 for a cake topper. The cake was also delayed by an hour and a half, arriving at 3:45 PM instead of the agreed 1 PM, which caused us to be late for the party. The whole process was terrible, with insufficient customer service and no regard for the schedule. I would not recommend this service.
