Utterly disappointing experience. This is not a legitimate company based in the area and lacks a physical storefront despite their branding. Products are shipped from abroad, and their promised delivery times are completely misleading—arrival can take months. Customer support is terrible. They sometimes reply to messages, but never with clear or honest information—just vague excuses and endless delays. Since placing my order, I've seen numerous reports from other customers expressing serious safety concerns, including issues with products collapsing on children. Because this company is not locally made, lacks proper ratings, and offers no real accountability, there's essentially no recourse when things go wrong. Save yourself the trouble and risk.
