Awful customer support; shipping has taken more than a month now. I sent an email to ask about the estimated delivery time and received a generic response stating, 'your order is being processed.' Customer support is lacking. They do not respond to emails. When you finally get to speak with someone, they claim they never received your emails. Even when you get an email asking you to reply, they again say they didn't get it. There are other companies that offer similar products, and I would not consider purchasing from them again. Look elsewhere!
I thought this was a great item until it got dirty. I assumed it must be machine washable, especially since it’s designed for children. However, when I tried to take it apart, I quickly realized that wasn’t possible. I checked the website and was shocked by their cleaning suggestion: take it outside and hose it off! This is unacceptable! You can't clean anything properly just by rinsing it with a hose, even with soap. I am very disappointed and appalled that they would sell a product for children that can't be cleaned in a washing machine.
CAUTION: Avoid ordering from this company if you need your product within their advertised 2 to 3 weeks shipping timeframe! I placed my order during a sale on May 9, opting for a different color due to a pre-order delay of an additional 2 to 3 weeks. The site claimed shipping within 2 to 3 weeks, yet as of July 1, I have still not received my order! I had to send two inquiry emails before receiving a curt response that the local site was out of stock and it would take an additional 2 to 3 weeks, expected mid-July. I don’t understand why they couldn’t provide an updated shipping date while sending daily emails encouraging me to buy more products. I also noticed they were running multiple sales without indicating any stock issues or shipping delays. This feels deceptive! My inquiries were inadequately answered, and my concerns ignored! My advice to parents? DO NOT order if you need it before the end of summer; seek a different business.
