I placed my order during a sale on May 9, opting for a different color due to a pre-order delay of an additional 2 to 3 weeks. The site claimed shipping within 2 to 3 weeks, yet as of July 1, I have still not received my order! I had to send two inquiry emails before receiving a curt response that the local site was out of stock and it would take an additional 2 to 3 weeks, expected mid-July. I don’t understand why they couldn’t provide an updated shipping date while sending daily emails encouraging me to buy more products. I also noticed they were running multiple sales without indicating any stock issues or shipping delays. This feels deceptive! My inquiries were inadequately answered, and my concerns ignored! My advice to parents? DO NOT order if you need it before the end of summer; seek a different business.
