I had a very disappointing experience. This is not a legitimate company based in California and lacks a physical storefront, contrary to what their branding suggests. Products are shipped from overseas, and their promised shipping timelines are misleading—delivery can take months. The customer service is poor. They sometimes respond to messages, but never provide clear or truthful answers—only vague excuses and endless delays. Since placing my order, I’ve seen multiple reports from other customers raising serious safety issues, including products collapsing on children. Because this company is not based in the U.S., not rated by consumer organizations, and lacks accountability, there is essentially no way to address problems when they arise.
