Placed an order on 21st Sept, I am still waiting for it to arrive, it is the end of Nov! I have emailed 3 times, asking where the blanket is and if they are not going to send then issue a refund asap. All I get back is that it is stuck in shipping, I have asked again for a refund. I would never have ordered if I had taken the five mins to read the reviews I can see here. I seem to have had the same experience as others. Avoid at all costs, this is a terrible experience.
