I rode The Canada Bus from Calgary to Edmonton and have nothing but good things to say about the experience. It was quick and easy to make the reservation online, the fare was the lowest among the charter coach lines (and even lower than what some long-distance ride-sharing drivers were asking for), the driver was pleasant, professional, and on-schedule, and the trip was comfortable (a very quiet ride, spotlessly clean interior, functioning USB power outlets, and complimentary water). When I got home I realized that I had left my tablet on the coach. I wasn’t able to reach anybody immediately on the telephone, but shortly after sending an email and a Facebook message, somebody from the company called me back quickly to let me know that the driver would look for my tablet and, if found, the company would arrange to have my tablet travel on the next Calgary–Edmonton run. I was later advised that my tablet had been found, and so the next day I met the coach pulling up to the Edmonton stop on schedule. The owner of the company stepped off the coach to hand me my tablet personally. Great follow-up service!
