I have been usung Card closet for years now and never had an issue with purchasing. I have now encountered a payment issue for the first time. I contacted their customer support and I don't even want to call that customer support, because I definitely did not get "supported". Horrible. but their "customer support" is absolutely useless. I don't know how/when I will get my money back as the transaction failed. And they are holding on to it.This company is not a scam but if you ever run into any issue with your purchase just know that you're on your own.
