Fraudulent company

After paying for the cards, they didn't send them. Instead, they requested a photo of my order number with my ID, which was unnecessary. I complied to receive my cards, but after 8 hours, I still had no digital cards. This company is a scam; they take your money and try to steal your ID. Avoid them at all costs! It's been five days with no refund or cards, and their customer service has not been helpful. I'm considering involving the authorities since they now have my personal information.

Unfortunately, they responded 24 hours later with a flat refusal and no solutions offered. While mistakes can happen, the lack of empathy was disappointing. There are better options available with superior customer service in the gift card market.

Avoid this service.

As a new customer, I successfully placed an order, but when I attempted to place a similar order later, I struggled with their tedious verification process. When I reached out, customer support informed me that I exceeded my order limit as a new customer. This service is not helpful; do NOT use them.
