Biggest scam of my life – Case Factory India is a nightmare.I ordered 3 cases over a month ago and till today they haven’t even dispatched my order. They don’t reply to mails, ignore DMs, and cut calls like cowards. The one time they did call, they promised me “next-day shipping.” That was TWO weeks ago. Nothing. Lies after lies.I even begged them to cancel my order and refund me since I have to fly back to the EU soon. Still no action, no refund, not even the basic decency to reply.They are happy to take your money but vanish when it comes to delivering the product. This isn’t just bad service — this is pure fraud.If you’re reading this, don’t ever trust Case Factory India. They’ll waste your money, your time, and your patience.
