This is by far the worst experience I’ve had while ordering a phone cover. I ordered from Casefactory after seeing a clear Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer. The product price showed ₹898 — but when it arrived, the delivery guy demanded ₹1697! That’s almost double!Even after showing proof of the original price and offer, he refused to listen. This is absolutely unprofessional, misleading, and feels like a scam. Why advertise fake offers if you’re going to charge whatever you want during delivery?Had to cancel the order on the spot. Waste of time, waste of energy. Casefactory — either fix your system or stop misleading customers. Definitely not recommended.
