I don’t know these guys cheating people so openly. While their phone cases look great online, their customer service is seriously lacking. I reached out multiple times via email about an issue with my order and never received a response. To make things worse, when I tried commenting on their Instagram posts to get their attention, my comments were deleted. I noticed I’m not the only one—many customers are complaining about similar issues on their posts and even on Twitter, with some calling it a scam. I would not recommend purchasing from them.After posting these reviews, to some of the Instagram collaborators who collab with them these case factory people reached out to me. When I asked them, “Is this how you treat your customers?” they simply replied, “Yes.” Unfortunately, there’s no option to upload a photo here, otherwise I would have shared the screenshot.
