Poor servicePlaced an order 6 days ago and paid extra for delivery (stated on the website as 3-5 days). I emailed them today stating the gift had not been delivered as yet. I’m sharing below the response I got from the company: “Thank you for your email. I can confirm that it has been placed on a 3-5 working day delivery timeframe on Saturday, which means that the order was processed on Monday, and therefore working day 5 of the delivery time frame is Monday 16th.”Hahaha….the day the order is processed is Day 0 or they cannot count. Monday to Friday makes 5 days!!! The email reply was frankly insulting. Instead of apologising for the delay I get this.
