Visited the cheesecake factory an Millenia Mall in Orlando and was extremely disappointed. The restaurant was very busy, but staff seemed to be running about but gaining nothing. The restaurant itself was very cold especially where we were seated under an air con vent. We asked 3 times if the air con could be adjusted or switched off but it was still very cold when we left. Waitress apologised to us but it was a real spoiler in our meal as we couldn’t wait to just get out of there. In addition the soups were cold but we didn’t want to complain as the whole place was just a madhouse. Very noisy, very cold and pretty expensive for what we had.
