I’m very disappointed with the service…

I’m very disappointed with the service I received at The Cheesecake Factory in Topanga Canyon. I called to make a reservation for a lunch gathering of 15 people, and Jennifer was extremely unhelpful and rude. She insisted that everyone must arrive exactly by 12 noon, even after I explained that some guests might be slightly delayed due to parking difficulties and coming from different areas.I’ve brought business to this restaurant multiple times before, but the lack of understanding and flexibility this time was very discouraging. It’s unfortunate to be treated this way as a returning customer, and I hope management takes note and improves the way group bookings are handled.

It was my birthday and I got soo disappointed with this place. Worst birthday ever!!!.I expected much more form this place. First of all waiting time more than 1 hour.they gave me the worst meal I ever tried in a restaurant. The steak was soo small and they filled out my plate with a bunch of rice and corn with no flavor whatsoever. the dish was 25$. for that price I could eat much better in Pollo Tropical for half of the price.The only good thing there it was out waiter. he was super kind and try to solve the problem but I was so angry, that I just wanted to leave the place. Obviously, I will never come back here!

Great Dining Experience

Our dining experience at The Cheesecake Factory in Edison NJ was exceptional. The staff is great, especially JR our server and Nichole, the manager, are particularly outstanding. JR is a pleasure to work with, sparkling personality and upbeat demeanor, answered all our questions with a joyful heart. He is beyond special. Nichole leads a great staff to her credit I am sure. She is personable and attentive, with a people friendly disposition as well. It is obvious they both love their jobs. Nichole and JR, are great assets to The Cheesecake Factory. Thank you for a very comfortable & happy luncheon experience. And, of course, our cheesecake factory selections were extraordinary!!! Loved it all, expecially the cheesecakes!!

dine-in review: always good, tasty, high quality, freshly prepared food served in generous portions by very well trained staff . i’m in the restaurant business and always amazed at how the operate at such high levels of offering both a quantity of choices and consistent quality. have eaten at many CF’s but most often at Lakeside SC in Metairie, LA

Loud and lousy

If you like a loud atmosphere mediocre food and high prices then the cheesecake factory is for you. They have a huge menu and they do everything almost decent. This place never fails to disappoint. My wife had a chicken and avocado sandwich with one tiny piece of avocado. When she asked the waiter for more he actually questioned her saying that the Chef swears he put plenty on there. Really? We will never go back to this place.

CHEESECAKE FACTORY HAMILTON BLVD. Chattanooga ordered two glamburger plates, thought the price was high at 16.95. when our burgers came my wife`s looked ok, my burger didnt come close to covering the bun. had to take my knife and cut my burger in two so it would cover my bun. the cook or person who brought it asked if everything was ok, I didnt say anything to keep from embarrassing my wife. but i wanted to say was 16.95 for this! fries were in a cup with a paper cone. small portion! 42dollars for two burger plates and 1 tea. tea 4.95 a glass highest tea i ever seen. we will never be back!!!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE!!!

HORRIBLE!!!! Our server had an attitude from the very beginning. She took our cocktail order but we had a 7 year old who ordered a Coke. It took some time for our cocktails and in the mean time, she did not bring the Coke to the child. When she brought the cocktails,we reminded her about the Coke. She did not apologize for forgetting it. When she brought the Coke,she sat it at the end of table,with no straw and walked away. We had to ask another server for a straw. We asked about the bread. She said there was none ready.Our appetizers came, and when she brought the entrees,we asked again about the bread-attitude was shown about us asking. We also told her we had no forks. She returned with PLASTIC FORKS! She had them in her hand,handing them to me with no explanation. I said, "Why are you giving us plastic forks"? She said the regular forks had water spots on them. It was an expensive meal($292 dollars) that we were eating with plastic forks! At the end, we waited an extremely long time for her to pick up our credit card.It was so long that 1/2 of our party couldn't wait any longer for us to pay the bill,so they left. It was a very disappointing birthday celebration for one of our guests!

The food was tasty. Great. The portions were tiny and expensive. We split a hamburger in half, the fries were in a little cup . It would have been the perfect size for 5 year olds !!!I ordered a drink it was a glass packed full of ice 🧊 3 sips and it was almost gone ($20)My wife asked for a champagne 🍾 split.They brought out a opened Moët -MINI bottle About half the size of a split (!!) for $24 So now we’re up to $65 to share a burger with an insulting amount of fries .She wants to leave a 20% tip. Fine .Every time we go out to lunch it’s $80 for a unsatisfying meal. I’m sure the corporate people are very satisfied.PLEASE 🙏 Lord , don’t let my wife drag me into another Cheesecake Factory-EVER AGAIN. ROBBERY.😣😔

My wife ordered a Santa Fe Salad

My wife ordered a Santa Fe Salad, it took 35 min to come, then when it came there was no chicken, waiter was very apologetic and then the salad came back a second time with what looked like was rotisserie chicken and it was ice cold. Aidan was awesome. The female manager advise Aidan that she was not gonna take the item off the check after my wife asked for it to be take off a d said she can have a free piece of cheesecake. Aidan ended up getting another manager to get it taken care of. Neither manager came to speak with her at any point before she left. Very unprofessional and unacceptable treatment at the Chandler Mall location in Az.
