This blatant oversight was not only frustrating but also utterly unacceptable given the assurances I received from Johnny that everything had been expertly handled.To add insult to injury, my family and I were forced to pay an additional $750 in fees just to upgrade our seats on the portion of the flight that were incorrectly booked in economy. As if that wasn’t enough, we were also hit with extra charges for our luggage, all because Johnny failed to communicate our business class status to the airline.
