**Warning: Avoid This Travel Agency at All Costs!**I feel compelled to share my disastrous experience with Johnny Hill, the travel agent, as a cautionary tale for anyone considering using his services. My hope is to prevent others from enduring the considerable stress and financial loss that I faced.First and foremost, I booked and fully paid for a business class flight, expecting a smooth and comfortable journey. However, to my dismay, upon reviewing my flight itinerary, I discovered that a significant portion of the trip had been booked in economy class—specifically, in the very last rows of the plane! This blatant oversight was not only frustrating but also utterly unacceptable given the assurances I received from Johnny that everything had been expertly handled.To add insult to injury, my family and I were forced to pay an additional $750 in fees just to upgrade our seats on the portion of the flight that were incorrectly booked in economy. As if that wasn’t enough, we were also hit with extra charges for our luggage, all because Johnny failed to communicate our business class status to the airline. This lapse in coordination led to even more unnecessary expenses on top of the initial mistakes.I reached out to Johnny multiple times to clarify the situation and reassure myself that everything was in order. Each time, he confidently told me that there would be no issues. Yet, when the time came for our flight, it was abundantly clear that nothing was done to rectify the situation, leaving me to scramble and fix things on my own.This experience came dangerously close to ruining what was supposed to be an enjoyable vacation. Thanks to Johnny's incompetence, we ended up incurring nearly $1,000 in unforeseen expenses. It’s essential to highlight that if you're considering using this agency, you might want to think again. I will never use this company again, and I genuinely urge anyone who values their travel plans to steer clear of Johnny Hill and his services. Choose wisely and protect your travel experiences—don’t let this man’s lack of knowledge and care ruin your trip!
Johnny has been great in finding options for business class and premium economy. He has been very responsive and has been great at finding and sending options! I have been dealing with him for 4 years and he has been very good and communication is excellent! Also he does his best research and is very thorough throughout the process! Highly recommend using him for booking your flights!
