Sketchy customer service from the start. The impressions weren’t good enough.. okay no problem. I asked them to send a new impression tray or issue a refund. Waited for WEEKS. Called them, texted, emailed. Only after I filled a BBB complaint did they return my emails. To have me pay $9 for a new impression tray. I said since it took so long a fair compromise would be to send the impression trays for free. They said no problem, if I removed the BBB complaint. So they’re holding my $85 hostage until I remove the complaint. Scumbags.
