I cancelled the product I ordered. After recognizing it would not meet my needs, and poor communication from the company. Despite meeting the refund criteria and multiple attempts to get my money back—including involving the BBB and my bank—the merchant has refused to refund me. I was told by my bank they company refused the refund so it appears your company is not trying to make it right.
Sketchy customer service from the start. The impressions weren’t good enough.. okay no problem. I asked them to send a new impression tray or issue a refund. Waited for WEEKS. Called them, texted, emailed. Only after I filled a BBB complaint did they return my emails. To have me pay $9 for a new impression tray. I said since it took so long a fair compromise would be to send the impression trays for free. They said no problem, if I removed the BBB complaint. So they’re holding my $85 hostage until I remove the complaint. Scumbags.
Purchased on July 15 and I never received the package. USPS says it was lost in transit. The Clear Guard does not reply to my messages or voicemail. If you spend over $400 like I did, you should be aware it is likely they will NOT respond to you or take any responsibility. I had to report them to my credit card company.
They failed to make a fit device over 3 months. I had to go to the post office to return the EMA device 3 times. The website says money back guaranteed but they didn't refund and I had to dispute. Screenshots of emails available, video of the defective product available.

Scam site reopened under a different name. This guy should be in jail, the FBI needs to take him down for interstate fraud. He had an AZ phone number the last time I tried to contact him. Shopify has zero interest in dealing with people like this. That’s the main issue, they know it’s fraud and keep letting them get away with it.
I decided to purchase a flexible partial with 2 add on teeth. The order process went smooth and was timely. Although I did pay for expedited shipping after I was told my order could take up to 3 additional weeks. When I received the partial, I tried in on and it did not fit properly...talked with a lisp as a result. Immediately took out the partial and contacted CS 2 days in a row. Normally the CS was timely and responsive...now all of a sudden crickets... I waited a week before submitting a dispute with my credit card company. Ironically, 2 months later I receive 2 review requests of their product. I didn't respond as I was in the process of disputing this charge because they never responded to my 2 attempts to reach out DIRECTLY to the CS. I find it a bit dubious that all of a sudden they send me 2 review inquiries but never respond directly to me regarding the information that I already sent saying the product did not work/fit properly. Here is the return policy, which seems a wonky.
