I decided to purchase a flexible partial with 2 add on teeth. The order process went smooth and was timely. Although I did pay for expedited shipping after I was told my order could take up to 3 additional weeks. When I received the partial, I tried in on and it did not fit properly...talked with a lisp as a result. Immediately took out the partial and contacted CS 2 days in a row. Normally the CS was timely and responsive...now all of a sudden crickets... I waited a week before submitting a dispute with my credit card company. Ironically, 2 months later I receive 2 review requests of their product. I didn't respond as I was in the process of disputing this charge because they never responded to my 2 attempts to reach out DIRECTLY to the CS. I find it a bit dubious that all of a sudden they send me 2 review inquiries but never respond directly to me regarding the information that I already sent saying the product did not work/fit properly. Here is the return policy, which seems a wonky.
