However, as of DECEMBER 16, 2026: The company reached out with apologies and promptly refunded my money. Shortly after, they provided a discount code to reorder the wigs I had originally purchased but never received. My package was shipped via Express and arrived just two days later! Their swift response to resolve the issue has impressed me. I am now updating my rating to 5 stars because they acknowledged my concerns, took immediate action, and provided a satisfactory solution.
