Shortly after, they provided a discount code to reorder the wigs I had originally purchased but never received. My package was shipped via Express and arrived just two days later! Their swift response to resolve the issue has impressed me. I am now updating my rating to 5 stars because they acknowledged my concerns, acted promptly, and provided a satisfactory solution. This company feels scammy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I placed my order on September 8th and requested a refund on October 14th due to the prolonged wait. The company promised my refund within 5-8 business days, but here we are in November, and I still haven't received it.
