I would have appreciated more updates, but I had to reach out after two weeks without any communication. They eventually informed me I would receive an update the following week, but another two weeks passed before I requested a refund. They mentioned it would take 5 to 8 business days, and I decided to be patient, which paid off as I received the refund on the 10th or 11th business day. I’m still sad I didn’t get my hair, but I understand they may not control supplier issues. A disclaimer about potential delays would improve their service.
