Received incorrect item

The seller sent the wrong item, and I have been trying to get instructions on how to return it for a refund, but there has been no communication. They haven’t sent any of the pods I ordered, and despite attempts to call and email, I still have no response. I'm now out of pocket as I had to order the correct coffee machine from a more reliable source. This is a disappointing situation with poor customer service.
