Misleading Product Description

I purchased these coffee pods under the impression that they were the original chai, not the new recipe. However, the package included the new pods, which I find unappealing (issue with the brand, not the seller). Coffee not received and no replies

I have not received my coffee and have not received any responses to my emails! A refund has been requested but not confirmed. I'm dissatisfied with the entire experience. I've ordered and received my coffee from another source. I won't be purchasing from this seller again, especially if the refund isn't processed.

Received incorrect item

The seller sent the wrong item, and I have been trying to get instructions on how to return it for a refund, but there has been no communication. They haven’t sent any of the pods I ordered, and despite attempts to call and email, I still have no response. I'm now out of pocket as I had to order the correct coffee machine from a more reliable source. This is a disappointing situation with poor customer service.

I ordered 4 packs of Mocha. It took a week to arrive, and one pack was missing. I notified the seller immediately. I received a refund for the missing pack, but there was no explanation or apology provided.

My order was missing items. I reached out to the seller and received a response regarding replacements. However, after multiple emails, I haven't heard back. Eventually, I did receive the replacement products unexpectedly. While I appreciate their cooperation, a notification about shipping would have been helpful. They fulfilled the order, so I raised my rating to 4 stars.
