Boy is this company crap! I ordered 2 pairs of jean shorts. The next day after I ordered the shorts I realized I ordered women's shorts by mistake. I sent an email and alerted them about my mistake and told them I would be sending the shorts back as soon as I receive them. I got no response. Now all of the sudden I am getting emails everyday about their products. But not a word about a return. I decided to do a little research on the company. As it turns out I went to their website and under contact they show their address in Moreno Valley, California about an hour from my house. I ordered the shorts on June 30th, told them to cancel the order the next day (which they didn't), and by July 21st I had not received the shorts. So I filed fraud on my credit card on the so-called company thecomfyshorts.com. Ironically the next day I received the shorts. Somehow I found an address on their website for someone named Janice Rawles with an address in Dallas, Texas. I mailed the shorts to that address. Today August 25th I received the shorts back from Janice in Dallas, Texas. So they are refusing my return. Whatever you do don't order anything from them. What they do is get an order and then order it from China. That's why they don't want to do returns. You have been warned on what to expect. Don't make the same mistake I made.
