THE WORST!

Do NOT order from The Comfy Shorts. I have been trying to get my $328.87 back since last summer for several cargo pants I ordered from them. The Comfy Shorts sent the wrong pants. Each time I email The Comfy Shorts I get an autoreply from their Zen Desk saying somepne will get back to me shortly. Not once have they emailed me. Forget trying to call them. They do not share a phone number. I am out $328.87 for items I never received! As a constant reminder of this terrible company and unrefunded money, I still have the pile of poorly made pants they incorrectly sent - seems they don't even want their own products back.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Sent wrong product after waiting 30 days, will not resond to emails to get refund or corrected item and now fighting it for fraudulent charges through my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

Took weeks to process order and sent me the wrong item

I purchased a pair of dark brown shorts from The Comfy Shorts. It took 19 days for them to process my order, nearly a month to ship, and they sent me the wrong color shorts. Would have really appreciated someone just being honest and telling me they couldn't fill my order. Do not spend any money with The Comfy Shorts, it's a waste of your time and money.

Won't order again

I ordered two pairs of Comfy shorts in black and in white. It took a month to receive them and shorts weather is pretty much over. I like the black pair but the white pair is see-through. Might as well just be wearing panties!

Company not responding to cancellation requests

I placed two orders with this company and tried to cancel both orders after finding similar items much cheaper elsewhere. Unable to find a phone number, I sent 4 messages to their suggested contact method over a two week period asking to cancel both orders. The first request was placed within an hour after ordering. They have no problem sending multiple ads daily but will not respond to inquires in a timely manner. By the time they respond, both orders will most likely ship making it THEIR FAULT for not canceling the orders as requested.

Should be Zero stars

Should be Zero stars. Stay away from them, they are not based in US and do not respond to your inquiries of purchases. I cancelled my order, emailed them 10 times to confirm....nothing. What a waste, they should not be doing business online - Stay Away.
