Terrible customer service, no response

I bought 2 pairs of shorts, different sizes, and they are way off. I emailed them for a return, because that is the process, and I never heard from them. Even though the automated email says: "Please note that our response time typically ranges from 1 to 3 business days. Rest assured, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service."Very disappointed customer. Not Im'm stuck with shorts that don't fit me and out of money.
