The shopping experience was fine, no problems. I think I will keep the sheets I ordered even though I am disappointed with them. I ordered organic cotton percale sheets. I've ordered from you in the past and found the Company Store to be one of the few places left where one could buy sheets that are truly percale. To me true percale sheets are very smooth, crisp and cool to the touch. They also wrinkle terribly when washed, more so when new, but this is expected and is acceptable in exchange for the soft yet crisp cool texture of the sheets. What I received are soft, thin fairly smooth sheets that feel like they have been treated with some chemical that keeps them from being wrinkly and feeling cool and crisp. I've begun to think that perhaps all the cotton fabric on the market today, even that designated organic, is the only thing available to all manufacturers of bed linens. Because of that I'm willing to settle for "barely okay" sheets as it seems I find the exact same thing everywhere being called percale that isn't really percale. It's either that or not have any new sheets at all. I would really love to see cotton fabric like we used to have. It was so much better. Disappointing.
