Review Time
I placed an order for two duvet covers on November 27th and was charged by December 1st. Now it's December 25th, and the tracking system still shows my order as pending approval. There's no justification for taking my money without delivering the product. This feels like theft. I've submitted a refund request via email.
This was my initial experience with the service. I purchased feather pillows and protectors for my partner and myself. We've had the pillows for about a week and are really enjoying them. They provide great comfort, have just the right firmness, and feel plush. We're pleased and hope they continue to meet our needs!
I have ordered items from this service over the last few years. They have a good selection available and very friendly customer support. My first issue is that my previous orders do not show in my account for rewards. My second issue is more serious. I wouldn't have left a negative review if this wasn't a recurring problem with this company for me. I place orders, receive a delivery date, but the items never arrive. When I check the status, it always says it is awaiting fulfillment. My latest order was listed as IN STOCK at the beginning of November with a delivery date of November 13. Today is December 4, 2025, and there has been no update. I called and was told they don't know why it hasn't progressed, and now 98% of the items are out of stock. I requested to cancel my order and stated that I would not be ordering again because this happens every time. So, be cautious when you order; you might receive your items or you might not.
I aimed to get the finest bath sheet for my best friend. I specifically ordered Egyptian cotton, but my order ended up being Turkish cotton instead. Since I had it monogrammed, it's not returnable. The monogram also looks different from what I anticipated. I'm not sure why this happened.
The shopping experience was fine, no problems. I think I will keep the sheets I ordered even though I am disappointed with them. I ordered organic cotton percale sheets. I've ordered from you in the past and found the Company Store to be one of the few places left where one could buy sheets that are truly percale. To me true percale sheets are very smooth, crisp and cool to the touch. They also wrinkle terribly when washed, more so when new, but this is expected and is acceptable in exchange for the soft yet crisp cool texture of the sheets. What I received are soft, thin fairly smooth sheets that feel like they have been treated with some chemical that keeps them from being wrinkly and feeling cool and crisp. I've begun to think that perhaps all the cotton fabric on the market today, even that designated organic, is the only thing available to all manufacturers of bed linens. Because of that I'm willing to settle for "barely okay" sheets as it seems I find the exact same thing everywhere being called percale that isn't really percale. It's either that or not have any new sheets at all. I would really love to see cotton fabric like we used to have. It was so much better. Disappointing.
