I wish I had checked the reviews before placing my order. The delivery, which was confirmed for a specific date, took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Despite having a clearly visible outdoor postbox and my preferences set for delivery there, the items were delivered through my door and subsequently eaten by my dog. While that’s something beyond their control, it wouldn’t have happened had they not been late or delivered incorrectly. The customer service was appalling, essentially saying, "late delivery and incorrect placement is your issue." If the items had arrived on time, there would have been no problem! If you need a gift by a certain date, I strongly advise against ordering from this service. I can't comment on the product since it never arrived, but the customer service was dreadful.
