I regret not having checked these reviews before placing my order. The delivery, which had a confirmed date, took about 2 weeks. Even though I have a clearly visible outdoor postbox and specified my delivery preferences, the items were put through my door and then eaten by my dog. While this is beyond their control, it wouldn't have happened if they had delivered on time or correctly. The customer service was disappointing, essentially indicating that "late delivery and incorrect placement is your problem." Had the items arrived on time, there would have been no issues! If you need a gift by a specific date, I recommend avoiding this service. I can’t comment on the product as I never received it, but the customer service was terrible.

I have been ordering from this service intermittently for years. The cookies are always stunning, showcasing a lot of love and attention to detail. They've consistently arrived on time for birthdays and Christmas gifts. However, with Christmas approaching, it's wise to allow a bit of extra time for shipping as dates cannot always be guaranteed.
I placed an order with this service and paid for express delivery. A few days later, I received an email about a supplier issue causing a delay. That's understandable, but what frustrated me was their refusal to refund the delivery fee, even though the delay was their fault. Their response was essentially: you could have canceled if you didn't want to wait. That's not the point. I paid for a timely delivery service that they failed to provide, and instead of taking responsibility, they shifted the burden onto me. I'm really disappointed with how this was managed and won't be ordering again.

I ordered two sets of cookies for my flower girl proposal lunch, and they never arrived. I called the service multiple times with no response and sent two emails without any reply. The cookies were ordered well in advance for my planned lunch on December 2nd. Today is December 11th, and I've still received no communication. They took my money and are unresponsive through all available channels on their website. Extremely poor service; the worst I've ever experienced. Other poorly managed companies at least have the courtesy to respond, but here, there has been no update or reply. STAY AWAY!
This company is dreadful. I ordered cookies for my sister's 30th birthday with next-day delivery. After four days of waiting with no delivery, I emailed customer service and received no reply. I had to order from another place. I still haven't heard back from them, yet they asked me to leave a review. When I clicked the link to do so, the website didn't work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
