I placed an order with this service and paid for express delivery. A few days later, I received an email about a supplier issue causing a delay. That's understandable, but what frustrated me was their refusal to refund the delivery fee, even though the delay was their fault. Their response was essentially: you could have canceled if you didn't want to wait. That's not the point. I paid for a timely delivery service that they failed to provide, and instead of taking responsibility, they shifted the burden onto me. I'm really disappointed with how this was managed and won't be ordering again.
