I ordered two sets of cookies for my flower girl proposal lunch, and they never arrived. I called the service multiple times with no response and sent two emails without any reply. The cookies were ordered well in advance for my planned lunch on December 2nd. Today is December 11th, and I've still received no communication. They took my money and are unresponsive through all available channels on their website. Extremely poor service; the worst I've ever experienced. Other poorly managed companies at least have the courtesy to respond, but here, there has been no update or reply. STAY AWAY!
