I ordered a birthday message box of cookies. Although I specified a date, the biscuits weren't even dispatched until after the date requested. The biscuits arrived jumbled, not arranged as ' happy birthday' and my emails were repeatedly ignored. The biscuits were good quality but I've had better value for money and much better customer service from other biscuit companies.
