I regret not having checked these reviews before placing my order. The delivery, which had a confirmed date, took about 2 weeks. Even though I have a clearly visible outdoor postbox and specified my delivery preferences, the items were put through my door and then eaten by my dog. While this is beyond their control, it wouldn't have happened if they had delivered on time or correctly. The customer service was disappointing, essentially indicating that "late delivery and incorrect placement is your problem." Had the items arrived on time, there would have been no issues! If you need a gift by a specific date, I recommend avoiding this service. I can’t comment on the product as I never received it, but the customer service was terrible.
