The service was unacceptable, and the staff member was unfriendly. The accessible doors were locked, making my friend take a long detour despite her mobility issues. I had to wait for a fork while others were already eating. The main area was cold! There were no Yorkshire puddings available, which left me feeling let down. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, and we certainly won't be returning due to our disappointment.
