The service was unacceptable, and the staff member was unfriendly. The accessible doors were locked, making my friend take a long detour despite her mobility issues. I had to wait for a fork while others were already eating. The main area was cold! There were no Yorkshire puddings available, which left me feeling let down. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, and we certainly won't be returning due to our disappointment.
I visited for the second time today, this time with my wheelchair-bound son. We felt welcomed, and the staff were very accommodating. The venue was accessible and comfortable. The food was good and fairly priced, and the staff were wonderful. I will be back.
I had a fantastic time for New Year 2025! The food and entertainment were exceptional. I genuinely can't believe the ticket was only £10; it should have been priced higher. The staff were outstanding, and I would recommend anyone to attend their next event.

I visited on Sunday for the carvery and found the place quite cold upon entering, which was unwelcoming. It took a while for the staff to seat us at our reserved table. Ordering food and drinks took almost 15 minutes. The venue is beautiful and rustic, but there were no fires for a cozy atmosphere. The meat was well cooked, but the vegetables were cold and limited in variety. The dessert was burnt and inedible, and there were no options for children, which was disappointing. I understand there were staffing issues, but serving burnt food is unacceptable. I won't be returning, even though I hoped for a nice family birthday meal.
I'm so glad I discovered this venue! The food was lovely, the atmosphere was great, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We were a group of eight, and they were very accommodating, especially with a young child. We will definitely be returning!
