Review Time
Looking at the reviews now, I consider myself fortunate that I received at least part of my order in early December. However, one item is still missing, and I received a separate email stating it was delivered, which it wasn't. The proof of delivery provided was identical to that of the first order. I've sent multiple emails, but I haven't received any responses.
I ordered a skincare set on December 3rd, which was supposed to arrive in 4 days, but I have yet to receive it. My emails are being rejected, stating that the recipient has blocked some messages. Additionally, the website is down, and I have no means of contacting anyone for assistance.

Avoid this company. I am experiencing the same issues as others have mentioned. I placed an order on December 3rd and have yet to receive it. The delivery service has no record of it either. It seems this company is unreachable now, as their website is down and my emails are bouncing back, while their social media accounts are inactive.
Like others have reported, I have not received my order which cost £119! My emails bounced back, and I tried their contact form (before their website was taken down) and reached out on social media. Eventually, I saw that my order was dispatched but marked as return to sender. Thankfully, I paid by credit card and received a refund. Steer clear of this company!
If I could give zero stars, I would. This seems to be a scam website. The site is down, and they sell products shipped from abroad—likely low quality, and refunds are difficult to obtain. They use names similar to legitimate sites, which causes confusion. I've encountered this issue before with other products. Be cautious when purchasing; ensure the seller is legitimate and operational.
Avoid ordering from this site; they are impersonating a legitimate spa with a similar name. The Spa @ The Courtyard Ltd in Buckinghamshire is not affiliated with them! We do not sell any products, and I'm receiving constant inquiries from people who think we are this company. Based on the emails and calls, this is clearly a scam site with no fulfilled orders. I will be reporting them.
I would give zero stars if I could! I ordered eye cream but received face cream instead! I've emailed multiple times with no response, just like other negative reviews. There’s no contact number available, which feels very unprofessional and untrustworthy. Please do not waste your money with this seller!

A warm welcome from the team here at The Courtyard Spa Birmingham, a stones throw away from the incredibly popular Bullring. We're delighted to offer high-end skin care products, bath & shower essentials, as well as home favourites from some of the UK's most popular brands. All orders are picked and packed by us and we're pleased to have built a relatively small customer base of over 30,000, which we're incredibly proud of. The Courtyard Spa began with a small warehouse and two mobile beauticians who shared a passion for delivering expert facial treatments, before evolving into a small and highly regarded independent retailer. With an upcoming move into a fixed clinical environment and expansion in our treatment offering, it represents the next stepping-stone on our own unique little journey. We hope you have time to explore our site or even better, book in for one of our wonderful treatments.See more
