socks with big holes
I ordered socks and slippers as a present and orderd a extra pair socks for myself. after a few weeks there was a big hole in one of the socks.
I send an email but the reaction of the 'cosysheep' was that 'This is not normal but they do not replace the socks because they send it for free'. What is NOT the case, but even then. If a product is not what you should expect and they agree themself, than I think you need to replace the product anyway.
