Frustrating experience with no deliveries

I placed my order on November 14th, 2025, and as of December 3rd, there has been no delivery and tracking information is unsatisfactory. I've sent several emails and messages on social media, but I haven't received any response about my order. It's completely silent on their end. Where are my items? No response and no delivery

I ordered a pair of shoes on December 5th. I emailed on the 8th and have received no reply and nothing has arrived. I'm starting to wonder if this is a legitimate seller or if I've been scammed. If you need a Christmas gift, I suggest looking elsewhere. I've already sent an email with no reaction; I will try again, but I expect better communication from a serious company.

Sizing issues

The house shoes seem to be of acceptable quality, but the sizing is significantly off. They feel at least two sizes too large. It's frustrating to have to return something so clearly wrong, which suggests poor quality control. If the sizing is this inaccurate, why not adjust the stock?
