I missed some points in my previous review that when i got zero update on my order, i put another item to my kart to make them belive that i would perchase more item from their website in future/other days & then got logged out from the website. After more than three weeks they contacted me via email- reminding me to buy the item which i had put in my kart, i replied via that same email & asked about my first order, update on shipping, sent pic of my order with order no. and wrote that if i get my first order delivered then i would buy another item (which was in my kart). Maybe this trick worked for me (i really dont know). Try this trick.
