The craze.in is obviously a fraudulent company. The products never reach us. But I am more concerned about the company which takes the payment, Glocom Exports Pvt Ltd. It is a registered company and very much active with people like Yuvraj Eswaran on the Executive Board. He features on YouTube, etc as a promising Entrepreneur. But why is he behind a bogus company? Why is no one looking into his dealings? What kind of scam is afoot? People pl add on your experiences. Let us get this company and its owners black listed.
There is no update for my order delivery, even after the expected date of delivery. I have followed up thrice now. Based on other reviews, I am sure my money has to rest in peace. :)
I received the item I orderered for on 27 October 2025, today. ie 4 February 2026. The customer care is terrible. There is no phone number and there will be no reply to emails. So much so one feels the website is a scam and one has been cheated. Looks like many customers are sailing in the same boat and have not received their orders. Craze.in should be pulled down or shut for not being accountable. Whatever the issue, there should be transparency, proper communication and no inconvenience to the customer. Craze like any professional ecommerce firm should have a dedicated customer care helpline/ phone number. The glocom senior management are respected individuals (from their linkedin profiles) and this is how the company/ firm is run. It is quite appalling.
I booked an item from them on 22.12.25.Delivery time was given between 01.01.26 and 12.01.26.I write 3 emails to them including obe today, but never received any feedback ir reply. I am sure that i had been scammed. I hope that this mail will stop some people from gettinf scammed by these people.
