If you're planning to order online, a sizing chart is essential. It should clearly indicate measurements for small, medium, and other sizes for clothing and shoes. I reached out to the support team on December 5th, expecting a prompt response to help me place an order. Now it's January 4th, and I still haven't heard back. Unless the item you wish to purchase doesn't rely on size, like jewelry, I would advise against ordering from this company. If their size Y differs from what you require, you may struggle to get a refund or exchange, especially with such delayed support responses. Just a reminder: they have yet to reply to me. Edit: This is a genuine review, and I have a screenshot of the chat with support where a representative promised to respond within a few hours, but that conversation has ended without any follow-up.
