If you're planning to order online, a sizing chart is essential. It should clearly indicate measurements for small, medium, and other sizes for clothing and shoes. I reached out to the support team on December 5th, expecting a prompt response to help me place an order. Now it's January 4th, and I still haven't heard back. Unless the item you wish to purchase doesn't rely on size, like jewelry, I would advise against ordering from this company. If their size Y differs from what you require, you may struggle to get a refund or exchange, especially with such delayed support responses. Just a reminder: they have yet to reply to me. Edit: This is a genuine review, and I have a screenshot of the chat with support where a representative promised to respond within a few hours, but that conversation has ended without any follow-up. Unfortunately, there's no option to submit screenshots.

I placed an order nearly four weeks ago and paid for shipping, but my package never arrived. The only responses I've received have been automated and unhelpful. Instead of resolving the issue, they directed me to the delivery company, even though I paid them for shipping. It’s unacceptable that I have to track down my lost order. There’s been no refund or replacement, just repetitive replies and no accountability. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering again.
I ordered a bodysuit based on the size chart, but it arrived too large and did not match the chart. When I requested a return, they refused, claiming it wasn't defective. Their policy states returns are accepted within 30 days regardless of defect, which is frustrating.

After reaching out, the team kept me informed and offered to replace it with an upgraded item. I'm now getting more than I expected and had a wonderful experience with their service. I'm grateful for their help in resolving the issue!
