First I wanted to order 1pc shampoo because I just wanted to try it out. So I selected that but somehow I ended up ordering 4pc, and paying for them. I noticed that the same day and reached out to them to try and rectify. They answered on their timezone saying that my order had already been processed and they were unable to make any changes at that point. Nonetheless, I only received shipment confirmation 38 hours after that email. So be careful how you order, I really have no idea how 4 bars ended in my order.Now, about the product, I see 0 improvements. The product came in an a bubble bag envelope, with four tiny shampoo bars wrapped in kitchen clinging film so no specific packaging and no instructions. Checked their website but no instructions there either, only advertising text. It’s an expensive product that promises revolutionary results but comes with no instructions and simply applying it renders 0 results.
