Terrible experience with this service

This service is absolutely appalling and dishonest! I ordered a glass repair kit for £12.05 plus £4.95 for shipping, and they charged me £72 instead. They are a scam operation and completely unresponsive to my emails. After receiving the bill, I attempted to cancel my order seven times and even contacted the payment platform to stop the transaction, but they still processed the payment! I've raised a dispute, but the platform sided with them, despite the clear scam. I'm extremely disappointed with both the service and the payment platform. Avoid ordering anything from this seller!

This company is a scam!

This company is known for its deceitful practices. If I could give it less than one star, I would. I ordered a repair kit for a broken glass and was charged far more than expected. They are a scam operation that ignores my emails. Despite my attempts to cancel the order, the payment went through, and PayPal sided with them, even though they are clearly fraudulent. I'm appalled by both the company and the payment service. Avoid any dealings with this seller!

Horrible experience - steer clear!
