Very disappointing. Where are all of these 5 star reviews coming from? The penguins were not there but to be fair we were aware of that before going. I would say around 70% of the interactive machines that teach you and the kids about marine life were either broken or had under maintenance signs on them. The trip round the deep lasted around an hour to an hour and half so for just over £40 plus cost of parking this was a huge let down.Staff were helpful but not enough of them around for the kids to ask questions etc.The lift up through the tank at the end was ok but lasted around 30 seconds before the next load of people wanted to be on. The most enjoyable part of it for the kids was the small play area they had when its should have been the actual sea life center. You do get free returns all year with the ticket we got online but dont think we are going to bother.
