Having made an appointment for mid morning today on monday ie 2 days prior and arranged to have my dog looked after. which the reception was informed about at the time of making appointmentI was still waiting to be seen over1 hr after arriving after my appointment so i will never use or recomend these people . £25 prepaid for a mug of water and to be ignored is worse than living under a labour goverment
